Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Watertown, Sandy Island Beach State Park, Pulaski, Adams, Barnes Corners, Adams Center, Southwick Beach State Park, Rodman, Lorraine, Sandy Creek, Lacona, Mannsville, Ellisburg, Worth, Montario Point, East Rodman, Bellwood, Belleville, and Smartville. This includes Interstate 81 between exits 37 and 43. If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
