Coastal Flood Advisory issued May 11 at 1:57AM EDT until May 12 at 4:00AM EDT by NWS Wakefield VA * WHAT...Up to one foot of inundation above ground level expected in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways. * WHERE...Dorchester, Wicomico and Somerset Counties. * WHEN...Until 4 AM EDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Shallow flooding with up to one foot of inundation is possible in the most vulnerable locations near the waterfront and shoreline. This will flood low lying roads and property prove to coastal flooding. If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone property.
